It 's  really noizy, called so latino style apartment complex. In the apt there is no dish washer, no washing machine. The management used to promise everything, let see what you will have.. Contract minimum 7 months, deposit 5-1.000,-$, be very careful, I have never get back my security deposit!
The manager is Fernanda. She is very kind and nice, but do not trust her.

This  "academy" is definitely NOT a flight school! The story talks about few things.. money and money, and money. The training You may receive will be the worst and finally you pay same than in a normal school. If you are not native American, Mr. McDermott promises you a lot, but without SSN, you won't get any. The helicopter's ( R22 Mariners ) average age is 20-25 years. Conditions of aircrafts.. do not ask! Chief pilot is 73 old, partly deaf, almost he is book keeping the flight times. Do not fly with him! Hi risk of hazards.
Basic training: NO. CFi: NO. Time building: YES, but never pay for Thomas any in advance, and pls. note you will fly very under maintenanced R22, will live all over as a gipsy.
Important. The "Triplex", which is Mr. McDermott's free dormitory offer for you is a the dirtiest place all over in Florida probably live within another ugly guy..
